Leadership team
David Murray
President and CEO
David Murray, Chief Executive Officer, leads the organization’s strategy for growth and performance. He has more than 25 years’ experience in creating new markets and harnessing technologies to deliver value to clients. A seasoned executive, David has worked in a diverse range of companies, from large international businesses including IBM and Amdocs, to innovative start-ups such as Camtech E-Commerce and IXUP.
Anthony Khoury
Executive Vice President, Corporate Development
Anthony Khoury, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, steers our corporate vision and strategy, including emerging business opportunities, mergers and acquisition assessment, global market development, and the tracking of new market trends, technologies and customer segments. Anthony has more than 25 years experience in sales and business development across the technology and telecommunications industries. He also has held senior leadership roles at Ericsson, Fujitsu and Nokia.
Chris Rennie
Executive Vice President, Customer Experience and Product
Chris Rennie, Executive Vice President, Customer Experience, leads efforts to continually improve our products and services to support the needs of our customers. Chris works with our product team to identify new ways to serve the builders, manufacturers, suppliers and homeowners who make up our customer base. A disciplined and flexible leader, Chris has worked with a diverse set of companies, including Niche Media, CPA Australia and Murdoch Books.
Liam Fraser
Executive Vice President, Sales
Liam Fraser, Executive Vice President, Sales, leads the global sales team in the customer and partner acquisition. An experienced executive and sales leader, Liam comes to Buildxact with an extensive background building and leading high-performing sales teams in a wide variety of industries and businesses with organizations such as Singtel Optus, Amdocs, Telstra, Commander and NAB.
Steve Yates
Executive Vice President, Enterprise Sales
Steve Yates, Executive Vice President, Enterprise Sales, drives our North American priorities and key partnerships across the globe as part of Buildxact’s growth strategy. A veteran in the industry with deep experience in the global supply chain, Steve is an entrepreneurial leader. His most recent role was as CEO of Cliftonvale, a California based strategic planning, development, sourcing, and logistics company.

John Allison
Co-founder and Chairman
John Allison, Chairman, is a co-founder of Buildxact and of LogicalTech, and has a long and successful history of building technology companies spanning over 30 years. His broad experience includes guiding the boards of numerous local and global technology start-ups. His passion for innovation and cloud technology has guided the growth of Buildxact from the start.
Dene Rogers
Board Member
Dene Rogers, board member, has been CEO of several major public corporations including Kmart USA, RadioShack, and Target Australia. Most recently he has focused on entrepreneurial pursuits including being Managing Director of Buildxact in 2014 to 2016 and as CEO of Biosenta Inc, a nano-tech company based in Canada.
George Savvides
Board Member
George Savvides AM, board member, has more than 25 years experience as CEO of Australian and New Zealand health care companies. George currently serves as Chairman of SBS Australia. He is a nonexecutive director of IAG, and Ryman Healthcare NZ. George retired from Medibank Private in 2016. During his 14 years of CEO leadership, Medibank Private completed a successful IPO and grew its market capitalization from $1 billion to $6 billion. He was previously Chair of Next Science, Kings Transport, Macquarie University Hospital and World Vision Australia.
Katie May
Board Member
Katie has over 25 years experience working in high performance global companies, and has helped build and lead multiple technology companies to successful exits. Katie currently serves as an independent director on the boards of Rokt, a global leader in ecommerce marketing technology, as well as Vivi, Thinkific and Onramp Funds.
Previously, Katie worked as the CEO of ShippingEasy, an ecommerce software solution that she grew from startup to being acquired by Stamps.com. Prior to ShippingEasy, Katie was the CEO and founder of Kidspot, the leading digital brand for mums in ANZ, before engineering a successful exit to News Corp in 2011.Â
Leigh Jasper
Board Member
Leigh Jasper, Board Member, co-founded Aconex, the world’s most widely used cloud collaboration platform for managing construction projects. Started in Melbourne, the company expanded to 50 cities around the world, in Australia, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. As CEO, he led Aconex from founding, to multiple capital fundraising campaigns, to an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and company sale to Oracle Ltd for $1.6 billion in 2018.

Mario Misso, board member, has been in the IT Industry since 1970 with experience in B2B solutions & services. Owner Director of LogicalTech since 1990 where he has invented and brought to market many leading innovations in SaaS, AWS, Oracle and Microsoft, and other technologies.
